Call & SMS text messages: The 3G SECUREkey international data SIM card is only dedicated to secure roaming Data access. No calls or SMS can be made or received with the 3G SECUREkey

3G versus WiFi Hotspots:
The MobilityPass 3G International mobile broadband solutions connects you while on the move to the cellular network, virtually no mattering where you are. Mobile broadband billing is based on upload and download data traffic no mattering the online time.
The Wifi Hotspots provides a limited footprint and you must be at the Hotspot location to connect, with your WiFi enabled computer. Wifi Hotspots billing is based on your online time no mattering the data traffic.

Cost optimization:
If you have large amount of data to upload or download, we suggest you to use the Wifi hotspot, because billing is per minute not per volume of data.
3G Zone "A" and "B" optimization: In some countries, for example, in USA, you have both zones available. choose the Zone "A" instead of Zone "B" to lower your cost.

Delivery: We only ship to registered address, no PO BOX or APO.

Billing & cost Control: 3G billing is done per 100 kiloBytes of data traffic, and per minute for WiFi. Usage is debited live from your account balance. This means you will be able to view your usage on a daily bases.

Payment: If your balance reaches zero while connecting, you can add funds live in order to stay connected. At your member's area you can select the automaintain on your account or add funds manually. We accept Visa credit card, Master Card, Paypal and Ukash.

Account balance: In order to be able to connect, you must have funds on your account balance. Your funds are available during 1 year starting from your last payment.
|
|
Connection details: Details of your connections will be available in your member area every day.
|
|
3G SECUREkey expiration: Your SIM card will be cancelled if not used at all in 2 years.

|
Invoices: One single invoice is made at the end of each month for all services used.
|
|
Personal Identification: Due to regulation in many countries, you have to register your identity documentation with us.

|
Tax: European customers must add 18% tax on the price, unless they provide a VAT number.

Refunds Policy: 7 day warranty is applied to our products. No refund is applied on used services and shipping, or if the service has already been used. For more details see our terms & conditions.
